    • Raw comic grades are retailer approximations and do not guarantee any specific numerical grade or authentication result if submitted to independent third-party grading services (such as CGC, CBCS, or PGX).

  • Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Actions

    • Colocad Comics is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, site downtime, or purchase of products.

    • We are not liable for transit delays, postal backlogs, or customs clearance holds caused by third-party carriers (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, courier services) or border protection agencies.

    • In no event shall Colocad Comics’ aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.

  • Pricing, Inaccuracies & Order Acceptance

    • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

    • If a product is inadvertently listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous stock availability, Colocad Comics reserves the right to decline or cancel the affected order, even after payment has been received, with an immediate 100% full refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These terms, legal notices, and all transactions conducted through Colocad Comics shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    • Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to purchases made through this site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
